Questions

PriceIs Mishmish free?

Yes. The health book, reminders, widgets, vets, family share for 2 people and 10 scans a month are free, with no ads. Plus (39.99 EGP a month) adds more scans, a daily cloud backup and looks; Family covers 2 to 6 people.

AdviceDoes it tell me what dose to give?

No. Mishmish keeps records only. It gives no dosage or treatment advice. Always ask a vet before giving any medicine, vaccine or treatment.

PetsWhich pets does it support?

Cats and dogs, including the street cats and dogs you look after.

PrivacyWhere is my data?

On your phone. When you sign in, your pets and their records (never photos) are also kept on our server in Frankfurt, so they are the same on all your phones. Other things leave only when a feature needs them, like the photo of a page you scan. The app also counts which screens are used, anonymously, to find bugs; you can turn that off in Settings. You can export everything or delete your account in Settings.

LanguageIs it in Arabic?

Yes, in Egyptian Arabic and English. The app follows your phone’s language; you can change it for Mishmish alone in the phone’s Settings.

VetsHow does a vet join?

In the app: Settings, Vet mode. Fill in the clinic details, then send your documents on WhatsApp. We approve every vet by hand.
